Facilities

Each of our cottages has an appropriately spacious lounge and a separate dining room/sun lounge area. All cottages benefit from a fully fitted modern kitchen, with a full sized cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric toaster, kettle, cafetiere etc.
Night storage heating is also installed in each cottage.

It should be noted, (with relief by many), that there is no mobile phone service around Polcoverack. To ensure that those who need to keep in touch with the outside world are able to do so, each cottage has it's own telephone line together with a coin operated call box. If you would like to know the telephone number for your cottage prior to your arrival please contact us.

You will find upon your arrival that your holiday home is comfortably furnished, well equipped and scrupulously clean. We provide fibre filled pillows and duvets, plus all bed linen and tea towels within the cost of your holiday. Each cottage also has a colour television, video recorder, radio cassette/CD player, hair dryer, barbecue, and garden furniture. In fact everything you should need during your stay. All cottages have digital TV reception and a Digibox receiver with up to 30 channels.

Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request at no charge. Electricity is by a £1 coin meter. We also provide for the use of guests a laundry room, with washing machines, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities.

Parking is well catered for within the old farmyard area. It is also possible to provide parking for a dinghy if helpful, but please check with us first.


A section of the farms original milking parlour is now used as a playroom with pool and table tennis tables. This we find is particularly popular with our younger visitors. EATING OUT >>
